K200 special postage stamp marking 555th birthday of Shin Maha Ratthasara

Under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Myanma Post has announced the release of special K200 postage stamps to commemorate the 555th birthday anniversary of Shin Maha Ratthasara on 13 December.
Born in 830 ME (1468 AD), the renowned poet, known as Maung Mauk during his childhood, will be honoured through the issuance of these special postage stamps. The stamps will be available for purchase at various post offices, including Nay Pyi Taw Central Post Office, Yangon Post Office, Mandalay Post Office, and others across states and regions.
Additionally, a unique date stamp will be sealed on stamps acquired on 13 December at select post offices as part of the commemorative programme. — TWA/TRKM
