U Zaw Min Tun, the warden of PyinOoLwin National Lake Garden, announced an entertainment show as part of the festivities to celebrate the Kayin New Year at the ongoing 16th Flower Dreamland Flower Festival in PyinOoLwin.
The flower festival features entertainment, market festivals, and an upcoming entertainment show celebrating the Kayin New Year Festival on 11 January.
“During the Kayin New Year Festival, performers such as Yaw Yazt, Min Thant, and EFL, along with popular DJs, will entertain the audience,” said U Zaw Min Tun.
The festival includes shops offering local goods, clothes, handicrafts, and souvenirs. Scheduled from 16 December to 14 January, the 16th flower festival takes place at PyinOoLwin National Lake Garden, covering 436.96 acres with 366.96 acres of land and 70 acres of water. Established in 1924, the garden has been leased to the Htoo Group of Companies for 15 years starting from 2010. —ASH/TRKM
