“Little Yangon Property Supermarket 2023” Expo showcased at Yangon’s MCC

The real estate and property exhibition titled ‘Little Yangon Property Supermarket 2023’ in progress at the Myanmar Convention Centre (MCC) located in Mayangon Township, Yangon Region, yesterday.

The real estate and property exhibition titled ‘Little Yangon Property Supermarket 2023’ is being held at the Myanmar Convention Centre (MCC) located in Mayangon Township, Yangon Region on 18 and 19 November, according to the event organizer U Kyaw Swar Hein. The two-day event mainly displays real estate properties from big cities in Myanmar like Yangon and Mandalay with over 40 booths. Special programmes of the exhibition also involve lucky draws for gold items.
Information related to houses, apartments, condominiums and residential land plots from Yangon Region, Mandalay Region, Ayeyawady Region, southern Shan State, Rakhine State, and Kayin State can be inquired at the event.
Organizer U Kyaw Swar Hein said, “The exhibition mainly displays varieties of projects in Yangon like condominiums, apartments and residential land plots. In fact, it isn’t just property from Yangon, projects from Kalaw, Myawady, and beach houses. Condos, apartments and land plots from Yangon’s South, East and North Dagon Townships and many other townships are also staged at the event.”
An interesting feature of the event is that it also stages condos from Thailand and Dubai, the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates. In addition, bank loan services will also be available in selling the properties showcased by the ‘Little Yangon Property Supermarket 2023’ exhibition.
“In Myanmar, only a few people own houses. Most people are the tenants. I hope all of our citizens possess their own houses. I wish to formulate the programme ‘Myanmar Dream’ to develop. I also invite the bank to this event, wishing to create a ‘Future Piggy Bank for House’. The banks offer 25 years of instalment period for bank home loans. Some banks offer up to 30 years of scheduled payment terms,” U Kyaw Swar Hein added. — ASH/TMT
