Local people in Kalay receive 2nd dose of COVID vaccines

A health staff injects the second dose of Covid vaccine to a local in Kalay, Sagaing Region yesterday.

Healthcare officials administered the second dose of Sinopharm vaccines to those who have already received the first injection at the township administration office and township hall in Kalay, Kalay District, Sagaing Region yesterday morning.
Officials, volunteers and healthcare workers measured the body temperatures, blood pressure and monitored oxygen levels before the vaccination.
The vaccination was carried out at a distance of 6 feet from each other.
People from Aung Myay Mann Quarter, Aung Thitsar Quarter, Aung Zayya Quarter, Aung Myitta Quarter, Nyaung Pinthar Quarter, Myotha Quarter and Mingalar Ooyin Quarter received the vaccines at the township administration office.
Similarly, local people from Chan Myae Aungsi Quarter, Pinlong Quarter, Tat Oo Thida Quarter, Thazin Quarter, Sanmyo Quarter, Tahan Quarter, Taung Philar Quarter, Hlaing Thayar Quarter, Taung Zalat Quarter, Kyoet Thonepin Quarter, Myohla Quarter and Indogine Quarter received the COVID-19 Sinopharm vaccines at Kalay Town Hall.
According to the COVID-19 Disease Treatment and Emergency Response Committee, the vaccinated people were registered in the respective wards with citizenship scrutiny cards or household registration. — Maung Kyaw (IPRD)/GNLM
