Lucky Seven’s ‘Kaway (The Witch)’ hits cinemas 22 March

Actress Sabei Moe, who primarily featured in the movie “Kaway (The Witch)” produced by Lucky Seven Production, will hit high-end cinemas starting on 22 March.
The movie’s script was penned by Htet Myat Zin Naing, based on the story of Thatoe Teza, and the scene script was crafted by Min Ko Soe (Natthankwin). Additionally, academy director Ko Zaw (Aryonoo) helmed the production of Lucky Seven Production.
Actress Sabei Moe commented, “We worked on this film for the past seven years. Viewers will find answers to questions about the ways of Myanmar’s legendary witches in this movie. Moreover, the love story between an inhuman witch, once a soft and tender village girl, and a kind-hearted man, once a cruel fisherman, is featured in this film.”
The cast of “Kaway (The Witch)” also includes academy Myint Myat, Sabei Moe, Chue Lay, Zin Myo, Kay Nyi, Nay Lin, Ye Lin Aung, Tinzar Win Pyae, and other artistes. — ASH/TRKM
