Mandalay City Development Committee plans traditional walking Thingyan

The Mandalay City Development Committee (MCDC) has announced that the Mandalay Walking Thingyan will take place, showcasing traditional dressing styles from four different eras.
Participants of the Walking Thingyan will have the opportunity to take photos wearing attire representing each of the four eras.
The construction of 13 large water-play pavilions and 14 small pavilions has been approved for the Mandalay Thingyan Festival. — TWA/TKO
