MCDC approves pavilion construction for Maha Thingyan Festival in Mandalay

According to the Public Relations and Information Department of the Mandalay City Development Committee (MCDC), a permission has been granted for the construction of 11 large pavilions and 14 small pavilions for the upcoming Maha Thingyan Festival in Mandalay.
Efforts are also underway to ensure that participants in the Thingyan festival can enjoy themselves in a joyous and peaceful manner.
Individuals wishing to construct pavilions for water-throwing activities may apply for permission from the MCDC not later than 10 April. — TWA/ MKKS
