Misinformation: Security forces set fire to schools and tents in Bago Region

False news on social networking sites that the security forces burned down the school and tents in Lepanpinpyant Village, Nattalin Township, Bago Region on 30 December.
Regarding the news, according to the findings of the ground inspection and a security official from the relevant area said that there was information about PDF violence against the village, and the security forces are taking security measures in the area and there are no burning buildings.
Terrorists attacked security forces using a human shield by ambushing people from inside houses and using landmines.
They are also setting fire to houses as they flee, and are spreading false information through social networking sites to cover up their actions. — MNA/KZL
