MoBA Union Minister meets MPF, MFS, departmental personnel & volunteers for relief, rehabilitation in Sittway

Union Minister for the Ministry of Border Affairs Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung and Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin met members of the Myanmar Police Force and fire brigades and Parahita organizations from states and regions who came to render helping hands in relief and rehabilitation measures in Sittway.
The Union minister called for the clear up of the roads including the main thoroughfares, the re-erection and reinstallation of electricity poles and power cables, and swift clear-up operations in hospitals, schools and important infrastructures.
The Union minister and the chief minister inspected the clear-up of fallen trees and branches on Mayyu Road, main roads and lanes in Sittway, collective cleaning activities in schools, monasteries, hospitals, clinics and office buildings, and the distribution of electricity. — Tin Tun (IPRD)/KZW
