MoC to rent out completed public rental housing in Nay Pyi Taw

Apartments in Thukha Waddy Public Rental Housing in Dekkhinathiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory.

The Ministry of Construction (MoC) has announced that they will rent apartments to people, employees, and retired employees in Nay Pyi Taw.
The Thukha Waddy Housing in Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory, which has already been implemented, will be rented out to the people, employees still in service, and retired employees. Applications will be sold from 4 to 19 May and will be accepted between 10 and 26 May. The applications will be available at Office No 40 of the Department of Urban & Housing Development, Nay Pyi Taw, and applications must be submitted to the same department, the MoC declared.
In Thukha Waddy Housing, an apartment for the public is 614 square feet wide, and one for retired civil servants is 650 square feet wide. Each building has five storeys with four apartments per floor.
Likewise, applications can also be made for apartments in Mingala Yankin Public Rental Housing, Mandalay Region, the MoC announced. — TWA/CT
