MoD holds public, ethnic affairs management & services committee meeting 3/2022

The Ministry of Defence held the third coordination meeting (3/2022) of the Public and Ethnic Affairs Management and Services Committee yesterday morning.
The meeting was attended by members of the State Administration Council General Mya Tun Oo, Dr Banya Aung Moe, Union Ministers U Chit Naing, U Ko Ko, Dr Thet Thet Khine, U Saw Tun Aung Myint, the deputy ministers, permanent secretaries, directors-general and officials.
At the meeting, Committee Chairman Union Minister for Defence General Mya Tun Oo delivered an opening remark, and Secretary of the Committee Deputy Minister U Zaw Aye Maung explained the decisions made at the 2/2022 meeting and the status of implementation. Deputy Minister U Ye Tint, Deputy Minister U Myo Hlaing, the permanent secretaries, directors-general and officials explained the matters submitted by the Union Ministries to the Committee according to the relevant sectors.
The committee chairman approved the matters to be submitted to the management committee meeting of the State Administration Council, and the matters to be decided by the committee. Afterwards, Permanent Secretary of the Cooperatives and Rural Development Ministry U Khant Zaw clarified the status of implementation of the decisions made by the meeting 2/2022, and Union Minister U Saw Tun Aung Myint and Deputy Minister U Myo Hlaing presented ethnic issues, public affairs management and services by the relevant sectors.
Afterwards, the Chairman of the Committee delivered a concluding remark.—MNA
