Union Minister for Health Dr Thet Khaing Win met Ms Elena Ajmone Sessera, Resident Representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), at the minister’s office in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon.
During the meeting, they frankly exchanged views on cooperation between the Ministry of Health and the ICRC in healthcare activities, upgrading prosthetics manufacturing and assembly workshops, knowledge exchange and training to produce professionals and greater cooperation in humanitarian assistance operations carried out by the ICRC in Myanmar. — MNA/TS
