MoIC Union Minister receives Nepali Ambassador

The Nepali ambassador calls on Union Minister U Ko Ko Hlaing yesterday.

Union Minister U Ko Ko Hlaing of the Ministry of International Cooperation of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar received Mr Harishchandra Ghimire, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Nepal to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar at 4 pm on 21 October 2022 at the Ministry of International Cooperation in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the call, the Union minister congratulated the ambassador on his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Nepal to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. They cordially exchanged views on the promotion of friendly bilateral ties, expansion of cooperation in the areas of mutual interest including culture, trade, investment and tourism between the two countries, as well as collaboration in regional and multilateral. —MNA
