Myanmar, Bangladesh discuss promoting economic, trade collaboration

Boosting the bilateral trade and economic collaboration between Myanmar and Bangladesh and attracting more investments were discussed at the office of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI) located in Lanmadaw Township, Yangon Region on 23 November, according to UMFCCI General Secretary Daw Khine Khine Nwe.
UMFCCI President U Aye Win and Bangladesh Ambassador to Myanmar Dr Md Monwar Hossain, PhD and party exchanged views during the meeting.
They discussed collaboration between the two countries for strengthening Myanmar-Bangladesh friendly relations, promoting trade and investment sectors, improving commodity flow and border trade, and seeking more business opportunities. — ASH/TMT
