Myanmar, Egypt to further foster close cooperation in regional, multilateral arenas

U Lwin Oo, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, received Mrs Aya Saad Mohamed Abdelkarim, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw, yesterday afternoon.
During the meeting, they cordially exchanged views on further enhancement of existing friendly bilateral relations, mutually beneficial cooperation in trade, investment, agriculture, education and culture sectors, implementation of the existing bilateral agreements and resumption of ongoing negotiations for cooperation agreements, and enhancement of collaboration both in the regional and multilateral arenas. — MNA
