Myanmar futsal team suffers big loss to Indonesian club in friendly match

The Myanmar national futsal team, training in Indonesia as a preliminary preparation for the 2024 futsal Asian Cup tournament, lost 11 goals to one against Indonesian league champion Bintang Timur FC on 7 February in the first friendly match.
The Myanmar team lost three goals in the first half and conceded eight goals in the second half, and that caused a considerable loss.
Ko Ko Lwin scored an equalizer for the Myanmar team in the second half. Bintang Timur FC is the champion of the Indonesian Futsal League. The Myanmar national futsal team will play against Bintang Timur FC again on 9 February as the second friendly match. — Ko Nyi Lay/KZL
