Myanmar, Laos hold coordination meeting on electricity, energy cooperation

According to the ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation (APAEC), a coordination meeting on Electricity and Energy Cooperation between Myanmar and Laos was held virtually yesterday at the Office of the Ministry of Electricity and Energy in line with the COVID-19 safety measures.
Union Minister for Electricity and Energy U Aung Than Oo, Deputy Minister U Thant Sin, Permanent Secretary U Than Zaw, Heads of Departments, Minister of Energy and Mines of Laos Dr Dabong Phonekeo, Permanent Secretary of the Cabinet Office/MEM Mr Phetsavanh Rattanathongxay, and department heads of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic attended the meeting.—MNA
