Under the supervision of the Myanmar Badminton Federation, the final matches of the Myanmar National Badminton Championships 2023 took place at the National Badminton Court in Yangon yesterday.
In the final match of the men’s single event, Bhone Pyae Naing (Zawana) beat Hein Htut (MBF) by 14-21 and 21-19-21-13 points.
Next, officials presented first, second and third prizes to the winners of the Men’s and Women’s Individual Event, Men’s and Women’s Double Event, Men’s Senior Double Event, Men’s and Women’s Mixed Amateur Event, and Women’s Senior Single and Double events. The tourney held between 27 and 30 December 2023, featuring 304 matches involving 250 players, was conducted from 27 to 30 December. — Bala Soe/KZL
