Myanmar national team to play two more friendly matches in Thailand

The Myanmar national team, which is training in Thailand in preparation for the 2022 AFF Cup, will play two more friendly matches, according to the Myanmar football authorities.
On 7 December, the Myanmar national team will play against the Thai club Samut Prakan, and on 11 December, they will play against the Thai national team.
Team Myanmar has been training in Thailand since 28 November, and as their first friendly match, the Myanmar team played against the Thai club Chonburi FC on 29 November and won by 4-1.
The Myanmar national team brought 25 players who played well in the domestic league to Thailand, and those who played in foreign clubs joined the team in early December.
The Myanmar national team will play against the Thai national team as the last warm-up match before the 2022 AFF Cup.
The 2022 AFF Cup will be held from 20 December 2022 to 16 January 2023. The Myanmar team will be in Group B with Viet Nam, Malaysia, Singapore and Laos teams.
Team Myanmar will play at home against the Malaysian team on 21 December as the first match of the group. — Ko Nyi Lay/KZL
