All ethnicities have histories. Myanmar’s independence struggle was led by General Aung San whereas there were many ethnic leaders who served the State interests. The histories of those leaders should be expressed fully. In other countries, the regalia of their kings is displayed in their traditions. Upon completion of the Kengtung Manor, the equipment and accessories will be displayed to order to export the history for lifting the prestige of the country and ethnics.

So, the electricity generation projects will be implemented for ensuring the electricity sufficiency of the region. Departmental personnel and local people need to participate in the projects.
In the past, some persons who were not ethnics held citizenship scrutiny cards while the authorities restricted CSCs and household registrations. Now, officials need to systematically issue the CSCs to the people under the Pankhinn project.
