Myanmar wins four silvers, three bronzes in 14th ASIAN Dragon Boat Championship

Myanmar rowers who have won medals hold the national flag in victory.

A total of 15 races were held in the 14th Asian Dragon Boat Championship held in Pattaya, Thailand, from 16 to 22 November, and the Myanmar team competed in 13 races. It is reported that team Myanmar has won a total of 12 medals: nine silvers and three bronzes.
The Myanmar team won silver medals in the 500-metre Men’s 22-oar event, 200-metre Men’s and Women’s Double 12-oar event, 200-metre Men’s 22-oar event, and 200-metre Men’s and Women’s Double 22 -oar event.
Team Myanmar also won bronze medals in 200-metre Women’s 12-oar competition and 500-metre Women’s 12-oar event.
The Myanmar Rowing Sports Team has gained good experience in the Asian Dragon Rowing Competition that is currently running and has the advantage of beating the host the Thai team in every match and producing good results. The Myanmar Rowing Federation announced that they will do their best to prepare for the upcoming competitions by completing the strength and power requirements like the team Indonesia.
