Myanmar wins one gold, one silver at 14th World Bodybuilding Championship

Myanmar’s Nyein Chan rejoices over the gold medal victory at the 14th World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship 2023.

Myanmar grabbed one gold medal and one silver at the 14th World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship 2023 which is being held from 6 to 12 November in Seoul, South Korea.
Myanmar’s Nyein Chan secured the gold medal by passing the silver medalist from South Korea and the Bronze medalist from India at the Men’s Sports Physique (up to 175 centimetres) Contest.
Meanwhile, Myanmar’s Ye Tun Naung garnered one silver as Viet Nam won one gold and India picked one bronze medal at the 70-kilogramme men’s event.
About 290 bodybuilders from 48 countries participated in the competition. — Bala Soe/KZL
