NSPNC Secretary receives Cambodian Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Secretary of State, Head of Special Envoy Office of ASEAN Chairmanship

NSPNC Secretary Lt-Gen Min Naung receives the delegation led by Dr Kung Phoak, Secretary of State for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation yesterday.

The National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiate Committee Secretary Lt-Gen Min Naung received a delegation led by Secretary of State Dr Kung Phoak of Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Head of Special Envoy Office of ASEAN Chairmanship in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
The NSPNC Secretary explained peacemaking processes, dialogues with ethnic armed organizations, and cooperation with relevant organizations to provide humanitarian assistance during the meeting.
Then, the Cambodian Secretary of State discussed the humanitarian assistance to Myanmar, further support in peace processes in Myanmar and negotiations to resolve the current issues.
The leaders also openly exchanged views on matters they wanted to know. — MNA
