Octane 92 price remains unchanged for four consecutive days

The price of Octane 92 has stayed the same at K2,305 per litre for four straight days from 21 January 2023.
The retail reference price of the Supervisory Committee on Oil Import, Storage and Distribution of Fuel Oil was K2,305 per litre of Octane 92 during 21-24 January 2023.
It was priced at K2,035 per litre on 12 January and thereafter the price increased. The current price hit K2,305 per litre.
The retail reference prices were K2,305 for Octane 92, K2,385 for Octane 95, K2,480 for high-speed diesel (500 ppm) and K2,560 for HSD (50 ppm and 10 ppm).
The fuel oil prices skyrocketed in Mandalay, Nay Pyi Taw, Bago, Magway, Pathein, Dawei, Monywa, Hpa-an, Mawlamyine, Lashio, Taunggyi, Loikaw, Myitkyina, Sittway, Hakha and Keng Tung cities. The Octane 92 was sold for over K2,000 per litre.
Additionally, the wholesale reference prices were K2,190 for Octane 92, K2,267 for Octane 95, K2,362 for diesel and K2,436 for premium diesel.—TWA/EMM
