One killed, nine injured in Yangon bomb blast

PDF terrorists supported financial assistance to launch bombing attacks and committed incitements to the detriment of the peaceful community and administrative officials who are working for the rule of law. They also committed bomb attacks using handmade bombs on public roads, streets, bus terminals and bus stops.
The explosion of a handmade bomb planted by PDF terrorists at a bus stop, 35th street on Anawrahta road of Kyauktada Township, Yangon killed one person and wounded nine people.
The bomb blast occurred at the bus stop on 35thstreet of the Anawrahta road in Kyauktada Township at 3:20 pm yesterday.
Nine victims — Ye Htet Naing, Nanda Myo Aung, U Saw Min Shwe, Khant Wai Paing, Moe Zaw Oo, Myint Than Soe, Ko Sai Aung, Aung Gyi, Aung Naing and one unidentified man (killed) were taken to Yangon General Hospital for medical treatment.
Security forces are investigating to take action against the suspects who planted the bomb at the bus stop. — MNA
