Oxygen cylinders donated to public hospitals, military hospitals, health departments, COVID-19 centres across nation

Tatmadaw, Ministry of Health and Sports, Yangon Region Administration Council and donors worked together in distributing the oxygen cylinders to the public hospitals, military hospitals, health departments and COVID-19 treatment centres across the nation.
The North-East Command donated 30 Oxygen cylinders to Taung Shay station hospital, Namsang public hospital and Hsipaw hospital in northern Shan State yesterday while 30 oxygen cylinders by the Eastern Command to Sao San Tun Hospital in Taunggyi Township of southern Shan State.
Moreover, the South-West Command donated 20 oxygen cylinders to the public hospitals in Mawlamyinekyun and Pantanaw townships of Ayeyawady Region and the Western Command donated 40 cylinders to the public hospitals in Sittway Township of Rakhine State while 50 cylinders by the Southern Command to the public hospital in Letpadan Township.
The Ministry of Health and Sports accelerates the operations of oxygen plants in regions and states while Tatmadaw makes efforts to set up more oxygen plants in their respective military commands.
The Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command Maj-Gen Zaw Myo Tin and party inspected the operations of one oxygen plant established at Tatmadaw Gynaecological and Children Hospitals in Zeyathiri Township which can produce 80 oxygen cylinders (40 litres) per day.
Similarly, Yangon Region Administration Council Chairman U Hla Soe and Commander of Yangon Region Command Maj-Gen Nyunt Win Swe checked the oxygen production processes of oxygen plant at Myanma Dockyards in Kamayut Township, No (4) Fertilizer Factory of Myanmar Petroleum Chemical Enterprise in Myaungtagar Village of Hmawbi Township a nd No (2) Steel Factory of Myanma Economic Corporation. — MNA
