Pardon granted to 123 prisoners from prisons in Sagaing Region

A total of 123 prisoners from nine prisons/jails in the Sagaing Region were granted pardons on the first day of Myanmar New Year on 17 April.
A total of 11 prisoners from Monywa Prison, 15 from Khamti Prison, 11 from Shwebo Prison, 32 from Kalay Prison, 11 from Katha, nine from Thanan Prison (Tamu), 11 from Myothit Prison (Tamu), 17 from Bandoola Prison (Tamu), and six prisoners from Otepho Kanbaung Prison (Tamu), were released from prison. — Lu Lay/GNLM
