According to that statement, the protest crowds across the nation blocked the public roads. They conducted arrests and torture of security forces, violence against monks, ATM robbery, destroy of state-owned buildings and vehicles yesterday. Therefore, the security forces dispersed the protest crowds with crowd-control weapons.
The security forces dispersed protest crowds in Pyinmana of Nay Pyi Taw, Ahlone, Sanchaung and Kyauktada of Yangon Region, Pyawbwe and Myingyan of Mandalay Region, Shwebo of Sagaing Region, Pathein of Ayeyawady Region, Myeik and Dawei of Taninthayi Region, Myitkyina of Kachin State and Taunggyi of Shan State yesterday. It is also found that the youths accelerate their acts into riots due to the negative, destructive elements.
It is here warned the people to be more cautious to maintain the situation as most of the politicians are hiding in safe places forcing the youths to take to the streets and to confront the security forces. —MNA
