Photo shooting, editing training course 2/2022 launched at Community Centre (Bahan)

The opening ceremony of the photo shooting and editing training course 2/2022 was organized at the Community Centre of the Information and Public Relations Department in Bahan Township, Yangon yesterday.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister for Information U Ye Tint said the IPRD organizes the “Beautiful Myanmar” colour photo competition marking Independence Day yearly to describe the development, peace and stability, culture and ethnic unity yearly. It supports the emergence of young photographers and motivates them to preserve tradition and culture, ethnic unity, State development, tranquillity and independence via photos.
He then talked about the purposes of the training course.
Yangon Region Advocate-General U Htay Aung also remarked and handed over K1 million cash assistance provided by the regional government.
The deputy minister then went to the Sarpay Beikman and stressed the need to publish good books and journals and edit without any grammar, spelling and punctuation errors in his meeting with editorial members.
He also inspected the Sarpay Beikman Library and left proper directives to the librarian and staff. — MNA
