Preparations underway for 77th Union Equestrian Tournament in Yangon’s Dagon Myothit (North)

According to the Myanmar Equestrian Federation, new racecourses for the 77th Union Equestrian Tournament are currently under construction at the Horse Racing course of the Myanmar Equestrian Federation.
The tournament is scheduled to take place from 4 to 12 February and features both traditional Myanmar and international equestrian contests. As stated in the report, contestants from various states and regions are expected to participate in the competition.
On 14 January, U Pyone Maung Maung, the President of the Myanmar Equestrian Federation, along with members of the Central Executive Committee, conducted a visit to inspect the construction progress of the racecourses. Additionally, arrangements are underway for the mess and accommodation facilities for the participating horse riders. — TWA/TMT
