The Ministry of Health issues public requests, again and again, urging them to follow the health guidelines on how to live during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The ministry noted that only when the people make cooperate will the work process achieve success in a short time for effective prevention, control and treatment of COVID-19 among the people. To have achievements in overcoming the COVID-19 challenges, all the people are urged to stay at home as much as possible as the great importance.
If the people stay at home for a set period, the infection chain of the disease can be cut off to some extent. Moreover, people should accept the guests for staying at the home. So also, they themselves should not pay visits to others.
The older persons from houses above 65 or those suffering from chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and heart must be worn the masks in the house as much as they can. To have good breathing, those older persons should be placed in well-ventilated areas.
The Health Ministry urged all the citizens to systematically cooperate in the prevention, control and treatment of the disease with manpower, money, materials and expertise to be able to totally wipe out the disease from Myanmar’s land.
The remaining restrictions for the people are the same issue in the past. People should wear masks and face shields whenever they go outside. They need to take care of washing hands with soap whenever they return home. While outside and inside the house, all family members need to follow the social distancing of about six feet in length.
The ministry also emphasizes that the people should avoid the crowds and public areas as the serious danger of visiting the crowds is as important as staying at home.
Currently, a large number of people are suffering from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic as well as seasonal flu. Hence, they need to wear masks and face shields, using gloves as much as possible. Hence, people need to systematically discard the used masks and single disposable equipment.
Nowadays, the government is striving for ensuring the availability of anti-COVID-19 vaccines to be injected into the people. Hence, people need to accept vaccinations full time.
