Qatar National Day celebrated in Yangon

Deputy Minister U Kyaw Myo Htut of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the Qatar National Day ceremony held at Lotte Hotel in Yangon at 6 pm yesterday.
First, the ceremony began with the National Anthem of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the National Anthem of the State of Qatar.
Then Charge d’Affaires Dr Rashid Abdulla Al-Kuwarl of the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Myanmar gave a welcoming speech.
Then, Deputy Minister U Kyaw Myo Htut and Charge d’Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Myanmar Dr Rashid Abdulla Al-Kuwarl cut a cake to mark Qatar National Day.
Afterwards, the deputy minister, the Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar posed for the documentary group photo with guests at the reception.
The Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar hosted a dinner for the guests.
The ambassadors from foreign embassies in Yangon, the Charge d’Affaires of embassies and guests attended the ceremony. — MNA/KZL
