Rakhine United signed a contract with Thiha Htet Aung and Maung Maung Soe, players of the U-20 World Cup generation, for the 2023 season, according to the team’s statement.
The two of them were signed on a one-year contract.
Thiha Htet Aung, a defensive player, and Maung Maung Soe, a midfielder, made history with the Myanmar U-20 team at the 2015 U-20 World Cup.
In the 2022 season, Thiha Htet Aung last played for Yangon United and Maung Maung Soe played for GFA.
Rakhine United FC will play a friendly match against the Africa All-Star team as a pre-season preparation and will prepare best for the new season. — KZL
