On the occasion of the second day of 1383 ME Myanmar Traditional Maha Thingyan, Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla, accompanied by senior Tatmadaw officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army), Commander of the Central Command Maj-Gen Ko Ko Oo and officials, watched officers, other ranks, their family members and cadets happily enjoying the water festival at the PyinOoLwin station family water-splashing pandals.
The Senior General, wife and party were welcomed by officers, other ranks, their family members and cadets of the PyinOoLwin Station. They watched the performances of the family coral dance troupes and the singings of the cadets and vocalists. They encouraged the water-throwing activities of the cadets, officers, other ranks and families at the Defence Services Academy Water-splashing Pandal.
Then, the Senior General, his wife, and the party enjoyed throwing water at cadets and senior officers from the Defence Services Academy. They awarded coral dance troupes, performers, officers, other ranks and family members cash prizes.
Afterwards, the Senior General, his wife and the party arrived at the Defence Services Technological Academy family water-splashing pandal, viewed the entertainment of cadets and coral dance troupes and splashed water on the cadets and senior officers.
