Member of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Transport and Communications General Mya Tun Oo donated alms to members of the Sangha from MyoU monastery in Haka on 21 February as a gesture of honouring the 76th Anniversary of Chin National Day.
The General met with town elders from Thantlang and Haka at Taungzalat Avenue in Haka.
After delivering a speech, the General heard reports on social, economic, health and educational difficulties of town elders and fulfilled their needs.
The meeting was also attended by SAC member Dr Hmu Thang, Union Ministers, the Chief Minister of Chin State, deputy ministers and officials. — MNA/TS
