Myanmar is on the path of a multiparty democracy under the Constitution. International relations must conform to the actual situation of the nation as well as the Constitution and existing laws. It is necessary to initiate the rules, orders and directives in conformity with the actual situations. The management system and administrative system must be simplified. As such, it can contribute to the implementation of good governance and the development of the nation.
It can be seen that cooperation among ministries is weak among them. Only when the leaders of work projects need the prescribed rules and regulations, work procedures and laws, will their capability improve. So, they all need to operate the tasks with goodwill. It is necessary to carry out all the tasks in a rapid manner, and it is necessary to make consideration in all aspects for rapid implementation of the work processes which can win the trust between the leaders and followers.
State Administration Council members, Union ministers, chief ministers and deputy ministers reported on respective sectors, security measures, peace and stability and rule of law.

These measures are being managed without harming the peace process as much as possible. The security measures should not disturb the freedom of people who are not concerned with terrorist acts.
It is necessary to consider the drawing of necessary law and rules for ensuring traffic safety for motorcycles.
