The executive committee meeting of YGEA was organized on the morning of 10 January, and the following decisions were made at the meeting — to work together to restore the market, to instruct gold retailers about security issues from the township administration body and for the members to attend the ceremony to hoist golden umbrella atop the Sule Pagoda on coming 17 January.
Gold shop owners who are concerned about the security of gold shops may undergo the training provided by the respective township administration body at 9 am on 17 January, a YGEA official said at the meeting.
