Senior actor U Tin Tun passed away on 18 April at the age of 87.
The Anupyinya Seesaryeik Home for the Aged made a social media post of condolences on the demise of senior actor U Tin Tun.
It is described that U Tin Tun was the most adorable, gentle, and peaceful grandfather who had been living at the home since 14 May 2017. He was a happy person and was loved by everyone. He had dementia, a type of Alzheimer’s disease. Apart from the impaired ability to remember, Grandpa U Tin Tun did not have any other severe diseases.
Senior actor U Tin Tun entered the film industry at age 17. He starred in numerous films alongside contemporary actresses such as Kyi Kyi Htay, Myint Myint Khin, Wah Wah Win Shwe, San Shar Tin, and others. U Tin Tun left behind four sons, three daughters, and grandchildren at the time of his death. — TWA/TRKM
