Tazaungdaing market, lighting festival and photo contest to be celebrated at People’s Square

Yangon’s Tazaungdaing market, lighting festival will be celebrated at People’s Square in Dagon Township for three days, it is learnt.
The displaying of colourful decorative lights will be launched from 7 am to 10 pm daily from 5 to 7 November, fireworks will be set off on the night of the full moon day of Tazaungmone including a market festival and music and DJs have to be performed.
In addition, the “Beautiful Yangon Tazaungdaing Night” photo contest will be held and anyone can participate in the photo contest with photos of the Tazaungdaing lighting festival in Yangon consisting of People’s Square. – TWA/GNLM
