Terrorists attack boat carrying security members in Kani Township

The armed terrorists attacked the boat carrying security members in Kani Township of Sagaing Region, and two members were injured in the attacks.
On 6 May, the security members conducted a patrol in Chindwin River between Yay Thar Ywar Thit and Ke Htaunt villages in the Kani township of Sagaing. Meanwhile, the boat stranded on the sandbank of the river, and about 30 terrorists attacked the security members from Mobine Hill with guns and handmade bombs. Two security members got injuries during the attack.
The officials conduct investigations to arrest the armed terrorists who attacked the security members. — MNA
