Those serving State duties at embassy, office of military attaché must work in unison: Senior General

State Administration Council Chairman Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on 23 June afternoon met with families of the Myanmar Embassy to the Russian Federation and the Office of Myanmar Military Attaché (Army, Navy and Air) and scholarship trainees at Turandot restaurant in Moscow.
Speaking on the occasion, the Senior General explained necessary to lend a helping hand to each other as they all are serving the State duties together abroad, political changes in Myanmar, strengthening the multiparty democracy and arranging the situation to ensure the genuine democracy with honesty, need to strive for a mutual economy of both countries and getting the export and import opportunities through diplomatic relations as the economic drive plays a crucial role in the development of a country, dutiful public service personnel for improvement of politics and economy of the State and serving the interests of the State, and needs to uplift the prestige of the State.
The Senior General also stressed the need for those serving State duties at the embassy and the office of the military attaché to work in unison as diplomatic relations are of great importance in relating the countries to each other. Scholarship trainees in addition to the families of the embassy and the office of the military attaché should emphasize learning the techniques while continuously studying the technologies.
And, the Senior General urged them to strive for the development of the country on one hand with working in concert.
Next, the Senior General presented gifts and cash awards for families of the embassy and the office of the military attaché to Minister Counsellor U Zaw Lin Oo and Military Attaché Commodore Kyaw Soe Moe.
Later, the Senior General had a lunch together with families of the embassy and the office of the military attaché and scholarship trainees.—MNA
