Three people injured in five-vehicle collision in South Okkalapa

Five vehicles collided when a car crashed into them at the Waizayanta traffic light in No 11 Ward, South Okkalapa, injuring three people yesterday morning, and the driver was arrested for fleeing.
The vehicle also hit a shopping cart and a bicycle, according to the report, and the injured people were transported to the Thingangyun Sanpya Hospital. People at the scene also had to arrest the driver since he was trying to leave the scene.
The South Okkalapa police station opened a case against the perpetrator of the accident. There are 2,849 non-compliance with traffic rules cases in Yangon Region in May. — TWA/GNLM
