A Myanmar delegation led by Union Minister for Education Dr Nyunt Pe left Yangon for the People’s Republic of China yesterday morning to attend the 2023 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week Ceremony.
The ceremony will be held in Guiyang, Guizhou province from 28 August to 2 September.
The event will be attended by ministers of education, university rectors, high-ranking officials, academics, diplomats, youth and representatives from the Silk Road countries from China and ASEAN countries.
The ceremony will strengthen the educational exchange and cooperation between Myanmar and the People’s Republic of China. — MNA/KZL
