Union Energy Minister inspects Nyaungdon-Maubin oil & natural gas field, repairing of natural gas pipelines in Ayeyawady Region

Union Minister for Energy U Myo Myint Oo inspects the Nyaungdon-Maubin oil and natural gas field in the Ayeyawady Region yesterday.

Union Minister for Energy U Myo Myint Oo inspected the Nyaungdon-Maubin oil and natural gas field and the repairing work of natural gas pipelines in the Ayeyawady Region yesterday.
On arrival at the Nyaungdon-Maubin oil field, officials reported on the production and distribution of natural gas, the repairing of pipe lines and the conditions to distribute natural gas needed for factories and industries.
The Union minister called for more production of natural gas, timely completion of exploration works and continuous distribution of natural gas.
He then inspected the Nyaungdon Compressor and Maubin (south) oil and natural gas field and made proper instructions.
The Union minister and party then went to the LPG Plant (Nyaungdon) and the officials of the plant reported on LPG production and operations of the plant.
The Union minister instructed to make efforts for continuous production and security of the plant and inspected the plant site.
The Union Minister and party also inspected the Ball Valve Station on the Nyaungdon-Thabaung natural gas pipeline route. — MNA/KTZH
