Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn views round preparation for Youth and Literary and Fine Arts Festival at Wunna Theikdi Gymnasium-B in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn inspected preparations for the Youth and Literary and Fine Arts Festival, marking the 76th Anniversary of Independence Day, at the Wunna Theikdi Gymnasium (B) in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
He observed the opening rehearsal conducted by service personnel of the Directorate of Public Relations and Psychological Warfare under the Ministry of Defence and those from the Myanma Radio and Television alongside students.
Then, he witnessed the preparations of exhibition halls and ethnic food stalls, offering advice on visitor convenience, entertainment programmes, and healthcare provisions.
Fifteen ministries will arrange 62 booths, and the festival will feature talk shows with artistes, book sales, ethnic cuisines, and entertainment programmes. The festival is open to the public free of charge from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm from 20 to 22 December. — MNA/NT
