Union ministers who accompany Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing conducted discussions and meetings on relevant sectors on 7 September.
In such doing, Union Minister Dr Myo Thein Kyaw of the Ministry of Science and Technology met the representatives led by Director-General Mr Yuri Borisov, the Chief of the State Space Corporation “ROSCOSMOS” of the Russian Federation and made discussions relating to the bilateral cooperation between two countries in the development of science and technology, and aerospace sectors.
Afterwards, the Union minister and the Chief of “ROSCOSMOS” exchanged their commemorative gifts and posed for documentary photos.
Similarly, Union Minister Dr Thet Khaing Win of the Ministry of Health met the deputy minister for Health of the Russian Federation at the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) in Vladivostok and frankly discussed the matters concerning the despatching of graduate students, the acceptance of undergraduate students, the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding for the cooperation between the Universities of Medicine from two countries, the rapid pandemic control and investment opportunities in the health sector of Myanmar. — MNA
