Venerable Sayadaws recited Parittas in the sky over Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory by helicopter at noon for ensuring peace and prosperity of the people to be free from dangers.
Six members of the Sangha led by Presiding Patron of Wegyi Pariyatti Buddhist Learning Centre Abhidhaja Maha Rattha Guru Bhaddanta Adiccavamsa of Pobbathiri Township flew over Nay Pyi Taw in recitation of Parittas.
The permanent secretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture and officials who accompanied the Sayadaws sprayed Paritta water on the Union Territory.—MNA/TTA
