Yangon City Development Committee Chairman Yangon Mayor U Bo Htay inspected the construction of pavilions, stalls, installation of sprinklers, sprinkler guns and water pipelines at the People’s Square and People’s Park 8 April.
Next, the mayor and party viewed sanitation at the Maha Wizaya Pagoda by municipal workers. He also checked the repaving of asphalt concrete (AC) along Anawrahta Road in Botahtaung and Kyauktada townships, the construction of Yangon Mayor Maha Thingyan Pavilion and Walking Thingyan between Maha Bandoola Road and Merchant Road.
Then, the mayor addressed the coordination meeting with officials from the Myanmar Motion Picture Organization, Myanmar Theatrical Association and Myanmar Music Association at the City Hall, and fulfilled the necessary things. — MNA/KZW
