The Inter-State/Region Myanmar Traditional and International Equestrian Championship, in honour of the 77th Anniversary of Union Day, concluded in Dagon Myothit (North) Township, Yangon yesterday morning.
The final games of the senior and junior dressage, galloping and pony galloping of the international and traditional events was held at the event. After the games, an awarding ceremony was held and winners, first-runners up and second-runners up grabbed their medals plus certificates and cash awards. Next the winning team Yangon Region lifted the trophy as they secured the championship title.
The winner Yangon Region team garnered eight gold medals, four silver medals and three bronze medals while the first-runners up Mandalay Region team secured four gold, two silver and four bronze medals.
