YRTC now accepting complaints against YBS bus lines via Viber

The public can file a complaint along with photos or video records through Viber if they observe YBS bus lines operating in Yangon violating the rules, as stated by the Yangon Region Public Transport Committee (YRTC).
Anyone who observes violations in YBS bus lines, such as overtaking, reckless driving, running a red light, and driving with the side door open, can report via Viber.
In the past, complaints about violations by YBS bus lines were exclusively handled by phone. Currently, Viber complaints will be accepted, and necessary action will be taken.
Passengers can reach the YRTC through phone numbers 09-448147149, 09-448147153, and 09-448147154 to report YBS bus lines that breach the rules, providing a photo or video record with the time, date, and the name of the bus stops. — TWA/CT
